Once you place an order for our apparal, fulfilment timevaries but is usually 3-4 days before the item is mailed out and shipped to your addy. Usually we are fulfilling multiple orders so please be patient, espeically during during holiday times, when may be fulfiling a higher volume of orders and fulfilment times will be extended up to 5-7 days, but we really do our best to get orders completed and shipped out as fast as we can. Expect items to arrive to you 10-12 days after orders.
Our full-color tees are printed via our manufacturer partner and also are made to order. Those may come separate from other non apparel items that you order.

Because our items are all made to order shipments will arrive between 5-12 days after fulfillment (aka creation), we appreciate your patience.
Currently we ship to Mexico and Canada via Frist Class International shipping with USPS. We are working on providing more international shipping options.
Please note that all INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED AT THE RISK OF THE CUSTOMER. Your order can take anywhere from 10-30 days to get to you. We use USPS but tracking usually stops outside of the US. There may be fees associated with your order upon its arrival and Spiritual Bae is not responsible for custom or duties fees.
At Spiritual Bae we want our customers hella lit and happy with their purchase, but sometimes shit happens. Because of the nature of our production At this time we only offer exchanges and this applies to only items that arrive damaged.
We are not able to offer refunds, but we do offer exchanges on damaged items. Please email us within 5 days of your item arriving at email@example.com and send photos of the damaged item(s), please wait for our response and then you can purchase shipping for your items and them back to the address we provide. In the meantime, replacement items will be sent out as soon as possible once tracking is sent.

Any items purchased at popups, shows or events we are vending at are considered all final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
This really sucks and humans make mistakes, sometimes things just get lost in transit, we will do what we can to help if you order is showing its not delivered yet, but if it has been delivered, Unfortunately, once your order has left the warehouse, we cannot be responsible for lost/ stolen packages. We highly recommend you contact your local post office to file a claim for your missing package.
